Mission Statement

Old Charter Salvage(OCS) is dedicated to the Search and Recovery of the lost, buried, and sunken treasure sites of the world. We locate and identify treasure sites for the private and commercial industries; as well as, local, state, federal, and foreign governments. We accomplish our mission by utilizing proprietary technology, Fitzgerald's Precision Locator's, conventional and unconventional remote sensing technologies, government license and permits, experienced expedition management, historical research, and a lot of hard work and dedication! It is our goal to work with all archaeologist, museums, governments, universities, private individuals, and organizations to locate and insure that all artifacts and treasures are conserved and displayed for this and future generations to study and enjoy.
